- 6 live one-hour classes facilitated by Judy Whalen (2 classes/week - T, TH)

- Recordings of each live class and group coaching. (Includes lifetime access as long as the program is offered.)
- Weekly group coaching/Q&A sessions between the live sessions
- Office hours for 30-minute confidential individual coaching
